~Petite Collection~
Package
is for small weddings and home weddings. Up to one and
one half hours of coverage on wedding day.
30 - 5x5's with album.
~TERMS~
All
previews are due back within three weeks. If
not returned within time allotted, there will be a $15.00
per day service charge after three weeks. If no attempt
is made to return proofs within 60 days your contract
will be null and void. The
time of the service contracted begins promptly one
hour before the wedding ceremony begins, so please
keep this
in mind when selecting one of the packages.
A
Deposit of
$250.00 is required to reserve your wedding date. The
balance is due one week prior to your wedding. Additional
payments may apply if services are rendered before contracted
wedding date. To be discussed on a one to one basis.
Postponements: In
the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding
/ contract all amounts deposited in advance by the client
under this contract become the non refundable property
of the studio at the time of the deposit, so that the studio
has no obligation to refund any deposit in the event of
postponement or cancellation of the wedding. The parties
agree that by entering this contract and performing any
services under it, the studio has provided adequate consideration
to the client for the amounts deposited.
Additional
orders must
be paid in full at the time the order is placed. No part
of the wedding will be allowed to leave the studio until
all orders are paid for in full.
Late
Orders will
be at regular studio prices.
Travel
Fee: To
be quoted at time contract is signed and is based on
miles need to travel.
Extra
Coverage: A
photographer's fee of $100 an hour will be charged for
any extended hours of beyond time allotted in packages.
This must be discussed and agreed upon at least 6 months
prior to the wedding date.

Sitting Fees are prepaid only. This fee covers the photographer's Services. Sitting
Fee is non-refundable.
